How can I contact the merchant or publisher of the product I purchased?

How can I get a refund for a product purchased through SafeCart?

What are your Customer Care Team's hours of operation?
Our Customer Care Team is available Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), from 7 am to 8 pm Eastern Standard Time.
I don't recall buying anything from SafeCart but my credit card (or PayPal) statement shows a transaction from SAFECART.COM
SafeCart processes purchases on behalf of companies that sell a wide variety of products including software, subscriptions and downloadable content.

Privacy and Security

How do I know SafeCart is a secure way to make an online purchase?
SafeCart is committed to the privacy of shoppers and the security of personal information. We are Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard Level 1 certified which is the principle security standard for the payment card industry. We are also TRUSTe certified and regularly undergo third-party security scans.
Why does my receipt show the first 6 digits of my credit card number? Is this safe?
The security of your information is extremely important to us. We assure you that your credit card will not be compromised by this information.
How do I get my information removed from SafeCart's systems?
Unfortunately, due to tax purposes, we cannot remove your personal information from our systems after a purchase. But we do adhere to strict processes to ensure your personal information and privacy are protected.

Questions about Refunds

How long will it take for refunds to appear in my account?
Due to differences in the processing times of major credit card issuing banks, refunds can take up to 15 business days to appear. If your refund has not appeared within 15 business days, please contact us and we will do our best to provide you with additional information on the status of your refund.

If you purchased using PayPal, sign into your PayPal account and review your account history. Please note that depending on your account preferences, you may need to transfer funds from PayPal to your bank account.
The credit card I used to purchased has expired. How will I get my refund?
All refunds processed by SafeCart are sent to the same card or account that was used for the original purchase. If the card you used is no longer active, contact your credit card provider to confirm where your refund will appear. Typically, card issuers will forward any outstanding credits to your new card.

Unfortunately, we do not issue refund checks.

Automatic Renewal Service

What is the SafeCart Automatic Renewal Service?
The Automatic Renewal Service keeps your software current with the latest program updates and enhancements. The service automatically charges the current renewal subscription fee (plus applicable taxes) to your credit or debit card before your licence expires so that you do not experience a service disruption.
Can I unsubscribe from the SafeCart Automatic Renewal Service?
Yes. You may turn off the Automatic Renewal Service at any time by logging into your SafeCart account at https://support.safecart.com/new-login by calling our Customer Care Team.

Payments

I received a message saying "Sorry, your payment was refused by the financial institution. Your card will NOT be debited." My card has available credit so why is this happening?
Contact your credit card issuer to inquire about the reason for the decline. If they indicate there are no issues, it is possible our risk mitigation system may have identified a possible security issue that is temporarily preventing the completion of your purchase. In this case, please try a different card.
I think I paid an amount that was different than advertised. Can you clarify the reason for the difference?
SafeCart checkout pages display the retail price as determined by the product's seller. As such, please contact the merchant or publisher of the product you purchased as they will be in the best position to answer questions regarding cost. To find their contact information, use the Purchase Lookup Tool or contact our Customer Care Team.
Is my purchased product coming from SafeCart?
SafeCart processes payments for a wide variety of companies. While our name appears on your credit card or PayPal statement, the product you purchased is usually delivered directly by individual merchants and publishers and not by SafeCart.

I sent a question to your Customer Care Team but haven't received a reply yet. How can I get in touch with you?
We are committed to providing the best service possible and this includes responding in a timely manner. Please check you spam or junk folder in case our email response was accidentally routed there.

If you sent your inquiry over the weekend, we will respond to you as soon as possible on the next business day.
I don't think a product I purchased is working correctly. How can I get technical help?
If you are unable to access your digital product or have questions about how to use it, please contact the product's manufacturer or publisher directly. Their contact information is included on your email receipt.

Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care Team and we will do our best to assist you.
What is a licence or registration key?
A licence or registration key is a unique code required to access digital products after purchase. If you need assistance with a licence or registration key, our Customer Care Team would be happy to resolve any issue.
I contacted the publisher or merchant of a product I purchased but haven't heard back. What do I do now?
First check to make sure responses haven't been accidentally re-routed to your spam or junk folder.

We require our merchants to respond to customer inquires within 48 hours. If you haven't received a response by then, please contact our Customer Care Team and we will contact the merchant on your behalf with the highest level of priority.
I haven't received my item yet. Can I track my shipment?
RevenueWire does not have access to shipment tracking information. Please contact your product's manufacturer directly for this information.

All digital products sold using SafeCart are delivered electronically. Information regarding products, logins and licence keys are included in your confirmation email. If you do not have this information, please contact our Customer Care Team.
